02.5Machining & Fabrication
Welding with structural integrity and full traceability.
Welded joints with performance and traceability: qualified procedures (WPS/WPQ) and quality engineering (DOE, 8D) to deliver durability and safety.
01Overview
Processes and control
We master critical processes — MIG/MAG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), resistance welding and structural welding — in materials that demand strict control of temperature and heat input.
Every joint is planned before execution: DFMAA optimizes access, minimizes thermal distortion and plans post-weld inspection. Welding procedure specifications (WPS) and qualified welders (WPQ) ensure the consistency of every bead.

Where we add value
- 02.5.1
Heavy-duty and critical structures
Fabrication and repair of steel structures, large machine bases and supports subject to vibration and high loads, where weld failure is unacceptable.
- 02.5.2
Pressure vessels and boilermaking
Welding of parts operating under high pressure and temperature, with non-destructive testing and weld traceability.
- 02.5.3
Technical subassembly
Integration of machined and laser-cut parts into complex subassemblies, securing the geometric integrity of the assembled product.
03Welding
Benefits
-
Lower total cost
An optimized process that reduces rework and gas consumption.
-
Precision and reliability
Joints with integrity verified by inspection.
-
Speed and know-how
Qualified procedures that sustain lead time and quality.
-
Fewer failures
Full traceability and problem prevention through the 8D method.
04Methods applied
Quality engineering applied at every step — from design to delivery.
- DFMAA Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Automation
The joint is analyzed before execution to optimize access, minimize thermal distortion and plan post-weld inspection — stronger, more economical joints.
- DMAIC Define · Measure · Analyze · Improve · Control
The welding process is continuously measured and improved, holding the quality standard from the first bead to the last.
- DOE Design of Experiments
Used to qualify new procedures and materials, tuning current, voltage and travel speed to secure metallurgical quality and minimize porosity and cracking.
- PPAP Production Part Approval Process
Welding of critical components is documented, including the filler metal certificate of analysis and welder qualification.
- 8D Eight Disciplines method
A joint deviation triggers an 8D to find the root cause — such as contamination or an incorrect procedure — and implement corrective and preventive actions.
